What is the total cost for hair color, a haircut, and an extension installation?
The total investment for hair extensions varies based on your individual goals, including desired length, density, and color. Your initial appointment includes the extension hair, professional installation, custom coloring if needed, and a tailored haircut or split-end trim for your natural hair. Any necessary cutting and blending of the extension hair, along with styling, is also included. Extensions are typically refreshed on an annual basis, especially if you wish to adjust the length, color, or overall fullness.

How much is a move up and when do I go in to move the hair up?
Hair extension move-up appointments are customized based on the extension method and maintenance plan you have, from I Tips to Sew Ins. The investment for move-ups varies depending on your specific package and maintenance needs.
Most guests schedule move-up appointments every 8 to 10 weeks. Guests with finer or more delicate hair may benefit from visiting every 6 to 8 weeks, while those with thicker or coarser hair or slower hair growth may extend appointments to every 10 to 12 weeks. Our team will guide you on the ideal maintenance schedule to keep your extensions looking and feeling their best.
Can you explain the process of your payment plan?
Our 'Mane Membership' program is recommended if you will wear extensions for 6 months or longer. We've calculated the annual cost of our extension services and, as a token of our appreciation for your loyalty, we've designed a convenient monthly payment plan that covers all your extension maintenance services in the salon, eliminating the need for any additional payments throughout the year.
Do extensions damage your hair?
No, hair extensions will not damage your natural hair, if you follow your prescribed at-home, and in salon maintenance plan recommended by your professional. The health of your natural hair is our top priority. Based on the condition of your hair, our team will make the best recommendations for your goals and your hair's health.
Can you do a slick back ponytail hair up?
Depending on the amount of natural hair you have surrounding the hair extensions, you may be able to! Just because you have fine or thinner hair does not mean you won’t be able to. We will suggest different styling techniques and methods of application to make your must-have styles possible. Adjusting to the additional hair can be a learning curve, but we are here to guide you through the possibilities.
Do extensions work on short hair?
Yes! Hair extensions can add color and fullness in addition to length. Tell one of our stylists your goals, and they will share what would work best for you!
How do I keep my hair healthy and what products should I use?
Some natural hair and extension hair may need separate maintenance products. We will prepare you with a budget for recommended haircare at your consultation. There are professional haircare options for all budgets, and our team is really great about setting you up for success with any budget you may have!
How do I know how often I need to come in?

Let’s start a la carte and see how 8 weeks feels. If that’s a good fit, we may recommend Cashmere (8–10 weeks) or Silk (7–9 weeks). We'll track growth, density, and comfort preferences closely.
What happens if my hair grows slower or faster than expected? Will the membership still be worth it for me?
We have flexible tiers. If your growth changes, we’ll adjust the plan. You’ll always get the best value from your membership.
Can I pause or cancel my membership if my circumstances change?
Absolutely! You can pause anytime. If you return within the year, you’ll still have access to your pricing and perks.
Is there a payment plan or flexibility with how I pay for the membership?
We can look into our Harmony Memberships if Mane Membership isn’t the right fit. Let’s find what works — I can also bring Mary in if needed.
Are there other perks or benefits I get with the membership aside from discounted services?
Definitely! You'll get priority booking, a holiday gift, a savings plan, and all extension services included. It makes things simpler and more luxurious.
What kind of extensions and products do you use?
We use our own proprietary hair and Bellami. We’ve tested everything to ensure safety and performance. We also work with Megix 10, Mowan, Kevin Murphy, and All-Nutrient.
Are your extensions safe for my hair?
Yes — your hair’s health comes first. We don’t do bump-ups, and we only use gentle, high-integrity methods. If something doesn’t look right, we’ll address it immediately
Do you use the same stylist every time, or can I request specific stylists?
Yes, you can request someone specific. If they’re not available, we’ll make sure someone you’re comfortable with takes care of you.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service or installation?
Please reach out right away — we’ll always do our best to make it right.
How long does each installation appointment take?
It depends on the service. Your stylist will go over expected timing during your consult. We also work as a team, which keeps things smooth and personalized.
How does this membership/your prices compare to other salons or options for extensions?
