TARDINESS

We always do our best to accommodate clients who are delayed. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your service. Please always feel free to text or call our salon cell at 484-367-5060 if need be.

 

CANCELLATION NO SHOW

To continue providing the best possible scheduling options for all of our guests, we require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Please text our salon cell at 484-367-5060 or email us at clientsfirst@manetechniques.com for any cancellations or reschedules under 48 hours. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of your scheduled service cost will be charged to your card on file.

 

Any appointment cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time is considered a no-show. We reserve the right to charge 100% of your scheduled appointment cost for no-show appointments.

 

If there are any chargebacks or disputes made through a financial institution, there will be an additional $50 charge on top of the amount originally charged.  

 

RETAIL POLICY

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges for 30 days from the initial purchase.

SERVICE REDO POLICY

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. In the unlikely event you are having challenges with your cut, color, or extensions please let us know within 7 days of your visit, and we will do our absolute best to make it right. We do not offer refunds at this time

 

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

In order to prioritize the safety and maintain a professional and soothing atmosphere for all our valued guests, we kindly request that children under the age of 12 are not left unattended during hair appointments. If it is necessary to bring children under 12, we kindly ask that you have another responsible adult available to care for them. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis, always with the well-being of everyone involved as our top priority. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a safe and serene salon experience for all our guests.
